Building a new home in Craigieburn VIC
Craigieburn is no longer a frontier suburb. Aston has sold out, Highlands is well advanced and Aitken Hill is still in planning, so new work here is the later stages of existing estates and infill rather than a fresh release front. The findings we record on those builds are consistent: bracing cut through by a following trade, vapour barrier missing in sections, floor joists short of fixings. All of it is cheap to correct at the right stage and permanent afterwards.
